Something unsafe: no heat, water coming into the house, no power. Call 414-236-4113 right away, then put a maintenance request in the portal so it is tracked.
Everything else is faster in the resident portal (opens in a new tab): rent, repairs, your lease. Resident resources has the rest.
What we can and cannot answer
We are a small company, so it is worth knowing which questions have a faster answer than us.
- Which homes are open, and applying for one, is all in our listings (opens in a new tab). That page is always right. Our answer would just be that page.
- Whether you would qualify. Do I qualify? is the honest version, with the three things that stop people most often. It costs you nothing and it is quicker than waiting on us.
- What to have ready before applying is on what to bring.
- Anything about your own application in progress is best asked through the portal, because that is where it is on file. Call us if it has gone quiet.
One thing to know, because it protects you
We will never ask you for money, for a social security number, or for a bank account by email or by text. Applications and payments happen in our AppFolio listings (opens in a new tab) and in the resident portal, and nowhere else. If a message says it is from us and asks for any of that somewhere else, it is not from us. Call the number on this page and ask.
If you are not a resident and not applying
City staff, lenders, counselors, investors and reporters: the same phone number and email reach us. Our model is written up in full, which usually answers the question faster than we would.
