Four ways to get a Strong Blocks home
Picking the right one saves you time.
1. Move-in ready homes
If you see one you want, apply for that home.
2. Future Rent to Own Home
Nothing open fits, but you are ready to go. Same full application, and approved future applicants get first look at the homes we are making ready now.
3. Custom Rent to Own
Get approved first, then pick a house from what is for sale inside our buying area.
Applying for a Future Rent to Own Home
We do not always have a home open that fits a family. Bedrooms, timing, and price all have to line up, and sometimes they do not.
So we keep an application open for future homes. Look for the listing called Future Rent to Own Home on the same page as our available homes (opens in a new tab), listed alongside them. It is a full application, the same one you would fill out for a real house, with the same $25 fee and the same checks.
Why bother, when Home Alerts is free?
Because when a home comes up, we go to our approved future applicants first. They are already screened and ready to move, so we can fill the house quickly. Only if nobody there wants it does it go out to the Home Alerts list. Applying puts you at the front of that line.

Home Alerts is not only for people who have not applied. Plenty of approved applicants stay on the list too, so they see everything as it comes up rather than waiting to hear from us.
If you have already applied, signing up costs you nothing and does not affect your application.
A note about what we have
We are a small company. We do not have many homes open at any one time, and we cannot promise one will come up that fits you.
Once in a while we have a home available as a regular rental, without a path to buy. That is not what Strong Blocks is about and it is not what most of our homes are. If a listing is a regular rental, it will say so clearly.
