strongblocks.com is published by Strong Blocks Real Estate, LLC, a Milwaukee company. It describes our rent-to-own program so that you can decide whether to apply.

Using this site means you accept what is on this page. If you do not, please do not use it.

What it is not

Nothing on this website is an offer, a contract, a guarantee, or professional advice.

• It is not a promise of a home. We do not have many homes and we cannot promise one will be available when you are ready.
• It is not approval. Reading the criteria, using the income calculator, or signing up for Home Alerts does not approve you for anything. Nothing you type into the calculator on Do I qualify? reaches us at all.
• It is not a promise of a mortgage. Buying your home at the end means getting a home loan from a bank, and no part of this program guarantees a bank will lend to you.
• It is not legal, tax, or financial advice. Our articles are written to be useful, not to replace a lawyer, an accountant, or a housing counselor.

The agreement you sign is what counts

Every number on this website, meaning rent, purchase price, option fee, Cash for Keys and the length of the term, is explained here in general terms and set for real in the documents you sign for a specific home. Where this website and your signed agreement differ, your agreement is correct. Read it before you sign it, and ask us about anything in it that is not clear.

Applying happens somewhere else

Our listings, applications, and resident portal run in AppFolio. When you click through to apply you leave this website, and AppFolio's terms and privacy policy apply to what you do there.

Keeping this site accurate

We try hard to keep every page correct and we date the ones we correct. Even so, a program detail can change and a page can be out of date for a while. If something here matters to a decision you are making, ask us and we will confirm it: info@strongblocks.com or 414-236-4113.

Some of our articles were written years ago by people outside the company and are published in their words, with the date they were written shown. Where we have corrected a fact, the page says so. Articles link to other organizations' websites; we do not control those and are not responsible for what they say.
